Question: How do I pay?
Answer: You have two methods available for making payments. One is Cash on Delivery and the other is through Bank Transfer. For Cash on Delivery, you only pay at the time of delivery. Bank transfers have to be made in advance.
Question: What if a book is not listed on the website?
Answer: We can arrange most books. We are based in Karachi where most publishers / stockists are situated. Please contact us and we should be able to arrange you the desired book.
Question: How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
Answer: It usually takes 1-2 working days for deliveries in Karachi. Outside Karachi, the delivery time is 3-4 working days.
Question: What delivery service do you use?
Answer: Our deliveries are done by either TCS or Leopards courier services. We may also use Bykea for delivering orders in Karachi.
Question: How do I know the correct book will be delivered?
Answer: We have experienced staff that will ensure the correct book is delivered keeping in mind the title, edition, author and publisher. In case of incorrect delivery, you have the peace of mind to return the product within 7 days of delivery. We will offer you a full refund if a replacement is not available. Please note books should be returned in the same good condition as they were delivered.
Question: How do I know about the delivery cost?
Answer: Delivery cost is calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout. We offer free delivery for orders over Rs. 5,000.
