Shipping
We deliver all over Pakistan using reliable courier services like TCS and Leopards.
Shipping takes 1-2 working days for deliveries in Karachi and 3-4 working days for orders outside Karachi.
Please note that the shipping time may vary in case of unannounced holidays, adverse weather conditions, incidents beyond our control or delay by the delivery company.
Order Payment
Payments can be made using the two methods available i.e. Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer.
Kindly note bulk orders require partial advance payment.
Order Cancellation and Charges
An Order can be cancelled if it has not been processed. Please call, email or message us if you want to cancel an order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it will not be cancelled and user will have to pay for the delivered books.
Returns & Refund Policy:
If the item is incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the website. Return request must be raised within 7 days for all items from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund if replacement is not available.
